To work as sustainably as possible and offer fair prices for our products, we have chosen to package goods in certain quantities. Once we reach our minimum quantity, all orders are shipped by our supplier in one batch. We hope you understand and help us create a better and healthier world!

1. Delivery Area
Lillybow currently offers shipping exclusively to residential and commercial addresses across the United Kingdom. We do not ship internationally at this time, but international delivery options are being considered for future expansion.
2. Products Included
Our shipping policy covers all items available on our website. Each order is professionally packed to protect your items in transit and ensure they arrive in excellent condition.
3. Where We Deliver
Orders are shipped directly to the address provided during checkout. Please note: We do not currently offer delivery to pick-up points, PO boxes, or parcel lockers.
4. Order Deadlines
Orders placed before 1:00 PM (GMT), Monday through Friday, will be processed the same day. Orders submitted after this cut-off or on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day.

5. Processing Time
Order handling—including confirmation, inspection, and packaging—typically takes 1 to 2 business days before dispatch.

Below is the average delivery time for all our packages:
- Processing time: 1-2 business days (Mon-Fri)
- Delivery time: 8-11 business days (Mon-Fri)
- Total estimated delivery time: 9-13 business days
6. Shipping Duration
Once shipped, deliveries typically take 8 to 11 business days to arrive. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. During high-demand periods such as sales or seasonal events, slight delays may occur.
Once your order is placed, you can easily see when your package is expected to be delivered after processing. You will receive a personal track & trace code via email, which allows you to track your order through our Track & Trace system.
7. Always Free Delivery
We cover the shipping costs. All orders are shipped FREE to your address. There is no minimum order amount. We're proud to offer free standard shipping on all UK orders with no additional charges for packaging or handling.
8. Changing Delivery Details
Need to update your delivery address? Contact our team at sales@lillybow.com as soon as possible. We'll do our best to assist, but if the order has already been processed, changes may no longer be possible.
9. Lost Package?
If a package is lost or cannot be delivered for logistical reasons, we will always send a new package before applying our refund and return policy.
10. Failed or Undeliverable Orders
When a package is delivered to your door or to a post office, Lillybow covers the delivery costs. If the package is not accepted or not picked up from the post office, it will be automatically returned to the supplier, and we are entitled to deduct £20 from the total amount.
If your order is returned due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failure to collect, Lillybow reserves the right to deduct costs for return shipping and potential re-delivery.
11. Import Duties & Customs
Because we primarily ship within the UK, there are typically no customs fees or import taxes. However, in some cases, customs may inspect the package being delivered to you. Unfortunately, due to legal changes as of 1 July 2021, we have no control over this. In rare cases, customs may charge a small import fee. However, this occurs in only 1% of cases. If import duties are applied, feel free to contact us.
12. Why Isn't My Tracking Working?
In some cases, the shipping company may need 1-2 business days to update the location of packages. We kindly ask for your understanding and patience in such cases.
