We guarantee that all products sold by Lillybow are:

Warranty Period

Our quality guarantee covers all products for 30 days from the date of delivery. This warranty is automatically included with every purchase at no additional cost.

What Is Covered

Our warranty covers the following issues when they occur during the warranty period:

  • Manufacturing defects: Faulty stitching, loose seams, defective zippers, or broken fastenings
  • Material defects: Fabric tears, holes, or significant discoloration not caused by customer use
  • Incorrect items: If you receive the wrong product, size, or color
  • Damaged goods: Items that arrive damaged during shipping
  • Missing items: If items from your order are missing upon delivery

What Is Not Covered

To maintain fairness and clarity, the following are not covered under our quality guarantee:

  • Normal wear and tear from regular use
  • Damage caused by improper care, washing, or storage
  • Damage from alterations or modifications made by customer or third parties
  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or negligence
  • Issues arising from failure to follow care instructions on garment labels
  • Color fading due to repeated washing or sun exposure
  • Change of mind, wrong size, or styling preferences (please see our Return Policy for these situations)
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance (unless they arrive defective or damaged)

How to Make a Warranty Claim

If you believe your item qualifies for warranty coverage, please follow these simple steps:

Step 1: Contact Us

Email our customer service team at sales@lillybow.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

Step 2: Provide Details

Please include the following information:

  • Your order number
  • Description of the issue or defect
  • Clear photos showing the defect or damage
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation email)

Step 3: Assessment

Our team will review your claim and respond within 24 hours during business hours. We may request additional photos or information if needed.

Step 4: Resolution

If your claim is approved, we will offer one of the following solutions:

  • Replacement: We'll send you a replacement item at no cost
  • Refund: Full refund to your original payment method
  • Store Credit: Credit towards a future purchase (if preferred)

Processing Time

Once your warranty claim is approved:

  • Replacements: Will be dispatched within 1-2 business days
  • Refunds: Will be processed within 7 business days after approval

Return Shipping for Warranty Claims

For items covered under warranty (defective or damaged), Lillybow will cover the return shipping costs. We will provide you with a prepaid return label or reimburse your return shipping costs upon approval of your claim.

Care Instructions

To maintain your warranty coverage and keep your garments looking their best:

  • Always follow the care instructions on the garment label
  • Wash items according to fabric type and recommended temperature
  • Avoid harsh chemicals or bleach unless specified as safe
  • Store garments properly when not in use
  • Handle delicate items with care

Proof of Purchase Required

To process any warranty claim, you must provide proof of purchase. This can be:

  • Order confirmation email
  • Order number from your account
  • Receipt or invoice

Without proof of purchase, we may be unable to process your warranty claim.

Exclusions & Limitations

Please note the following important limitations:

  • This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser
  • Warranty coverage begins from the date of delivery, not the date of purchase
  • Items purchased from unauthorized resellers or third-party platforms are not covered
  • This warranty is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights as a consumer in the United Kingdom
